Temporary exhibitions – The world of poison
This exhibition is present in the Museum of Natural Sciences of Barcelona, Museu BLAU, since December 2013, under the name of “Enverinats”.
In this exhibition the visitor will meet more than 50 live poisonous animals, such as snakes, tarantulas, scorpions or frogs. Along with these animals you can also see a significant sample of toxic plants, minerals, seeds and other poisonous substances. The exhibition from a multidisciplinary point of view, covers the biology, physiology and chemistry of poison.
