Mysterious Nature – Albinism

Albinism is a genetic abnormality in which there is a decrease in melanin production, causing partial or total absence of pigmentation in the eyes and skin of affected animals.

Albino animals, in general, do not have an easy survival in their natural habitat, since their white color gives them away against prey and predators, so their only way out is life in captivity.
